ManufacturingGPS: The next generation of LMI system

All manufacturers need sound, timely and relevant information on which to make these important business decisions. Now more than ever, industry needs to understand what skills they will require to meet their shifting business objectives. Postsecondary institutions, too, need to predict what curricula and subsequent skills their graduates require in order to transition into the workforce, and government needs to understand what they can do to support labour mobility, sub-sectors in need, and how to support sub-sectors ready to grow.

ManufacturingGPS is offering Labour Market Intelligence (LMI) to:

  • Be accurate with up-to-date to reflect changing environment;
  • Be relevant with customizable reporting; and
  • Be sound by including both supply and demand
